All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Value Harbor is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at valueharbor@outlook.com or call us at 539-201-8964. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and assist you with a replacement or solution when applicable.

International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.
