Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • In the original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including clearance items, final sale products, or personalized/custom-made items.

Return Process

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds
